This agreement has been entered into between Suufle and the Buyer under the terms set forth below.

2. TOPIC

The subject matter of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service for which the Buyer placed an order electronically via the Seller’s website at https://suufle.com, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT

• The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of units, and sales price of the ordered product/service are specified on https://suufle.comadresindekialong with the order details and invoice.
• The total cost of the product/service, including taxes, is as follows:

4. DELIVERY TERMS

• The product will be assigned to the address the Buyer provided when registering on the suufle.com website on the same day the payment is made.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The buyer may return the license covered by the distance sales contract within 14 days of the payment date, prior to the training date, without any conditions.

Circumstances in Which the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply after the training.

6. RETURN POLICY

• Within the withdrawal period and prior to the training date, licenses may be returned unconditionally.
• For refunds, the license fee will be refunded via the Buyer’s original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

• The buyer can pay for the purchased product using a credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.
• An order is processed once payment is confirmed.
• The seller is not responsible for any errors or issues that occur during the payment process.

8. COMPETENT COURT

For the purposes of enforcing this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and the Consumer Courts in the location where the Buyer or Seller is situated have jurisdiction.

9. ENFORCEMENT

This agreement takes effect on the date it is approved by the Buyer electronically.
